We are Dave and Susan Taylor, breeders of the exceptional and uniquely colored toy and small miniature size Purebred Schnauzers here at Taylor’s
Heavenly Acres. This is a family run business located in Culpeper County, part of the beautiful hunt country of Northern Virginia for over 37 years. We
own pleasure horses, our dogs, and cats. Our family loves the farm life experience. We have over 20 years experience raising our puppies.
Our Schnauzers are intelligent, hardy, affectionate, very fond of children and are generally easy to potty train. All in all, we find them to be devoted
family members with amazing attributes. We breed toy size and a few small size miniature schnauzer puppies. Their smaller size and non-shedding coat
make them a suitable dog for town life and small quarters, but they are equally at home in the country. They are generally not fighters, though they will
stand up for themselves when necessary. Schnauzers are home bodies and are good watch dogs. We breed our puppies not only for their great looks,
but also to have the fantastic personalities and wonderful temperaments that they all possess. We strive only to breed the best of the best. We handed
picked our four-legged family members. The parents of our puppies are level headed, very family oriented, and are not annoying barkers. Our puppies
are spoiled rotten just like their parents are!
Toy Schnauzers are 11" or less in height and their weight varies. Most of our Toy Schnauzer puppies weigh between 8 to 12 pounds and most of our
small minis are 12" or more and weigh between 13 to 18 pounds as adults. Please note that the expected weight and size of a puppy as an adult is just
an estimate. We can not guarantee the finished size that any puppy will end up being as an adult although with our experience we will do our best to
give you a good estimate based on the parents size and the history of our past puppies final weight as adults.
Our adult dogs and their puppies are raised in a clean, healthy, and loving environment with the support of the Rose Hill Veterinary Clinic in Little
Washington, Virginia. Our puppies are checked for soundness and overall general health. Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free any
life threatening condition at time of sale. All of our dogs range in age from less than one year to sixteen, and none of them have any genetic conditions.
The puppies we raise and their parents do not live in kennels; they live with us on the farm. All of our dogs eat a high quality dog food and take a daily
nutritional wafer supplement to keep them happy, healthy and strong. The puppies we raise eat Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula Chicken & Brown
Rice Dry Puppy Food.
We give our dogs and all of the puppies we raise NuVet Plus Immune System Builder Wafers. NuVet Plus is more than just a vitamin.....it is a
synergistic combination of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals knows to boost immune system function. All of NuVet Labs' ingredients are sourced in
the in USA, manufactured in a human-grade U.S. FDA registered pharmaceutical laboratory, and cold pressed to maximize the potency of the nutrients.
NuVet has been in business since 1997 and has never had a product recall. By including NuVet Plus in your puppy's daily diet, you can be confident that
you are providing the nutrients required for optimal immune system performance. We are currently giving your puppy a NuVet Wafer everyday. If you
continue to feed your puppy a NuVet Wafer daily for two years, we will extend our Health Guarantee for the second year too. That means that you would
give your new puppy a NuVet Plus Wafer daily for at least the first two years of your new puppy's life. Additional information may be found on the NuVet
Labs website at www.nuvet.com. For your convenience you may order by phone be calling NuVet at 800-474-7044 using Order Code 18169 or online at
All of our puppies are available to go home once they are 8 weeks old. They go to their new home with a Puppy Book that includes a Health Guarantee
and their complete Health Record with date and descriptions of all of the medications that your new puppy has received. Our puppies are guaranteed to
be in good health at the time of purchase and are also guaranteed against life threatening genetic defects for one year as long as you keep your puppy in
the care of a licensed veterinarian. Our Puppy Book also contains information to aid you in adjusting to your new puppy and your new puppy adjusting to
you and your family. By the time you receive your new puppy, they will have received their first age-appropriate puppy vaccinations and have been
de-wormed several times; their tails have been docked, their dewclaws have been removed and their ears are left natural. We also send each puppy
home with a Puppy Kit that contains a sample of NuVet Plus Immune System Builder Wafers, a Blue Buffalo packet, a small blanket that we have rubbed
on your puppy's litter mates, a toy and treats. All of the dogs we own are registered with AKC. Our puppies are sold as pets without registration papers
unless it is prearranged. A spay or neuter contract is executed and signed when you pickup your puppy as well. We include this document to ensure that
your pet will remain lovable and wonderfully focused on you and your family.
We keep two Waiting Lists of families who want to purchase a puppy from us....our Pick of the Litter Waiting List and our GeneralWaiting List. The Pick
of the Litter Waiting List gives the family pick of the litter rights, in succession. There is a REFUNDABLE fee of $300.00 security deposit for your family to
go onto the Pick of the Litter Waiting List. Once you pick your puppy out, then your refundable security deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. You have
your choice of parents, sex, size and color, but more importantly...you have paid to have the first right to see and consider our puppies before everyone
else does. Subsequent paid "Pick of the Litter" rights are second position, third position and so on. Our General Waiting List gives the family on that list
their choice of a new puppy before we advertise them on our website, newspapers or on the internet but after the families on our Pick of the Litter Waiting
List have chosen their puppy(s). We also include your desires for your new puppy just as we do on our Pick of the Litter Waiting List. Having us include
your name on one of our waiting lists allows you to be considered as a potential family for our puppies before we advertise the puppies to the general
public on our website, minimizing the competition. When you are included on our Waiting List you are not committed to purchase until you've actually
chosen a puppy. Once you choose your new puppy we will supply you with a Puppy Security Deposit Agreement to be executed at the time the security
deposit is made to protect both the Seller and the Purchaser. If you would like your family to be included on either our Waiting Lists, please let us know.
Please note that Taylor's Toy Schnauzers reserves the rights to all puppies before any family on either of our Waiting Lists.
Our puppies are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Once you and your family have chosen your new puppy, a NON-REFUNDABLE $300.00
security deposit will hold your families’ pick of the litter which is credited to the final purchase price of your puppy. Security Deposit payments and all
other payments made on account for your new puppy purchase can be made by check or credit card until your puppy is 6 weeks old. After that time, we
require payments to be made in cash. All puppies must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old even if they stay at Taylor's Heavenly Acres
for an extended amount of time. Please note that there is a 4% Processing Fee for each PayPal transaction which will be added to the purchase price of
your puppy. To avoid unnecessary last minute expense, please contact us before sending any payments to us through PayPal.
